Coppa Gelato
Ingredients:
2 scoops of vanilla gelato
1 scoop of vanilla pudding
1 kiwi sliced
1 strawberry sliced
1 banana sliced
2 slices of orange
Preparation:
Add gelato and slices of kiwi in a parfait glass. Top gelato with
vanilla pudding. Layer slices of strawberries, kiwi, bananas and oranges on top. Finish
with a vanilla wafer. |

Alitalia Young Travel Writers Contest! |
|
ALITALIA BELIEVES THAT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL IS
AN EXCITING LEARNING EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE, BUT ESPECIALLY FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. IN THE SPIRIT OF DISCOVERY AND LEARNING, ON
JUNE 24, 2009, ALITALIA LAUNCHED THE ALITALIA YOUNG TRAVEL WRITERS CONTEST.
The contest encourages young people between the ages of 8 and 14 to record their travel experiences in essay
form. To be eligible, they must travel on an Alitalia or Air One operated transatlantic flight originating in the US between
the dates of June 24 and September 9, 2009. Eligible travelers will have until September 15, 2009 to submit their essays
to Alitalia for consideration. Please see OFFICIAL RULES of contest before entering; the OFFICIAL RULES can be viewed on alitalia.com. Essays will be reviewed by an internal Alitalia committee and judged based on adherence to guidelines,
insightfulness, clarity and grammar.

On October 30, 2009, ten travel essays will be selected for publication on alitalia.com. The
writers will be awarded Alitalia branded gift items including sweatshirts, caps, tote bags and a $100 voucher towards future
travel on Alitalia.
>> GRAND PRIZE: A TRIP TO ITALY!
One essay will be judged to capture the spirit of international
travel best. The writer and his or her two legal guardians, will be awarded a grand prize trip to Rome, Italy, courtesy of
Alitalia Vacations.

Winners of the Summer 2009 At-Large Campaign will be contacted
after September 1, 2009 by the National office of the Order Sons of Italy in America. Special instructions
are as follows:
Buon Viaggio to Italy Gift Special Instructions: 2 roundtrip Economy class tickets. The tickets are valid from any USA Gateway (JFK, EWR, MIA, BOS, and
ORD) to Italy and must be used by 5/28/2010. The tickets are confirmable 72 hours prior to departure, non-transferable and
cannot be endorsed to any other airline or exchanged for a cash refund. Government Imposed taxes and fees of up to $475 are
not included. Once you have chosen your travel dates, please send this original letter to Alitalia's Marketing Dept.,
Attn. Lisa Del Percio, 350 Fifth Avenue - Suite 3700, New York, NY 10118 (email: del.percio.lisa@alitaliait). Please include
your preferred travel dates (along with alternate dates) and daytime phone number. Please note that seats should be booked
well in advance as they are subject to availability at the time of booking and may not be available on all flights/dates.
